Refund policy

As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This policy applies to all products purchased at https://bossy.academy from Michelle Welter Studios.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days. For physical products (kit, welder), it begins on the day you receive the goods. For the digital course, it begins on the day the contract is concluded.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, at no fee.
Returning physical goods
You must send back physical goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
Digital course content
For the online course, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies. If you withdraw within this period, you receive a full refund and your access to the course will be revoked.
