These Terms of Service govern all purchases made at https://bossy.academy, operated by Michelle Welter Studios, Am Lesigny's Parc 18, L-5753 Frisange, Luxembourg (VAT LU35990578). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We offer an online Permanent Jewelry course (digital content) as well as optional physical products (a materials kit and a welding device). The exact contents of each option are described on the product page.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the time of purchase. The contract is concluded when you complete your order and receive our order confirmation.
Digital course access
Access to the online course is provided through our course platform after successful payment, via your customer account under "My Course". Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, copy or redistribute course content.
Delivery of physical products
If your order includes physical products (kit and/or welder), these are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times and any shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the withdrawal form are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Intellectual property
All course materials, texts, images, videos and the supplier list remain the intellectual property of Michelle Welter Studios and are protected by copyright. They are provided for your personal use only.
No guarantee of results
Our course provides education and guidance. We do not guarantee any specific business, income or financial result, as these depend on your own effort and circumstances.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. When using the welding device, you are responsible for following the safety instructions provided.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
